The communities in which our Cross Hotels & Resort properties sit and operate are exceptionally important to us. You could say that supporting and giving back to the community is part of our DNA. More than ever, over these last two years of COVID-19, this support and care have been necessary to make sure we all get through this enormously challenging time together. 

Last year our ‘Once-in-a-Lifetime’ voucher offer saw 10 per cent from every purchase going to selected COVID-19 relief charities in Indonesia and Thailand locations. Thailand’s RED Cross “Fight Against COVID-19 Project” benefited from our ‘Cross Together’ voucher offer earlier this year.
